Description
GCYFTY optical cable is a reliable and efficient solution for high-speed optical communication networks. Colored optical fibers are housed in a loose tube made from high-modulus, water-resistant material, ensuring excellent fiber protection. The loose tube is filled with a non-toxic, harmless waterproof compound to safeguard against moisture. At the center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforcing core (FRP), around which the loose tubes or filling yarn are twisted to form a compact and circular structure. A water-blocking yarn is applied outside the reinforcing core to enhance moisture resistance. Finally, the cable is encased in a black or colored high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheath, providing robust environmental protection. This lightweight and durable cable is ideal for air-blown installations in microducts, delivering reliable performance in various network applications.
