Stanford Optics offers a variety of Tungsten Diselenide (WSe₂) CVD Films available on multiple substrates, including SiO₂/Si, silicon wafers, PET, PI, ITO, FTO, and glass.

Types of WSe₂ Films:

1. Discrete Single-Crystal Layer:

   • Comprises a single layer with individually spaced triangular single-crystal grains.
   • Each triangle typically has side lengths ranging from tens to 100 microns.

2. Continuous Single-Layer Film:

   • Forms a uniform single layer through the continuous growth and merging of triangular grains.

3. Multi-Layer Continuous Film:

   • Consists of multiple layers creating a seamless WSe₂ film.

4. Substrate Options:

   • Sapphire Substrate: Allows for direct deposition of WSe₂.
   • Other Substrates: Includes SiO₂/Si, silicon wafers, PET, PI, ITO, FTO, glass, and metal substrates. These are achieved by transferring the WSe₂ film from a sapphire base to the desired substrate according to customer specifications.
