Description
GYTC8A optical cable contains colored optical fibers inside a high-modulus, hydrolysis-resistant loose tube, which is filled with thixotropic water-blocking gel for optimal fiber protection. Central strength member of metal is the structural backbone that provides a strong structural support, about which filling ropes and loose tube are helically twisted to form a tight, circular cable core. Longitudinally, the cable core is coated with coated aluminum tape and integrated with steel strand wires into an 8-shaped polyethylene sheath, offering good tensile strength for aerial use and steady performance under various conditions.
